E-HENG was established in 2000 and is registered in the Private Economic Park in Qingpu District, Shanghai. Its main business involves foreign trade and international logistics. In 2001, with China's accession to the World Trade Organization, and the opening of China's import and export rights in 2002 and the registration of private import and export companies in Shanghai Pudong Development Zone, E-HENG established Shanghai E-HENG Import and Export Co., Ltd., becoming one of the first private enterprises to obtain import and export qualifications.
